Northern Agro Farmers Co-Operative Society LTD. has been registered as a notified under the section 7 of the MSCS Act 2002. (39 of 2002) and the rules framed there under I The Area of operation of NAFCO shall be confined to the states. I NAFCO acts in accordance with the MSCS Act, 2002, as amended from time to time, precribed by rules. I Government aid is subject to the provision of Section 61 of the MSCS Act 2002 the Central government of the state government may provide aid to Northern Agro Farmers Co-Operative Society LTD., on the terms and conditions mutually agreed upon in order to attain social and economic betterment through mytual - aid in accordance with the Co-operative Principle.
